The biannual 6 week Mentorship fosters self-exploration and growth through immersive, inclusive workshops and insightful guidance. Module 1: Self-exploration, Module 2: Sequencing and Cueing, Module 3: Holding Space, Module 4: Professional Paths
Real talk, feedback, and guidance. Incorporating technique and inner work, this program is for those looking to overcome limiting beliefs that are preventing them from teaching, creating, and trusting their strengths. We all have an inner critic, we all feel fear, and finding our authentic teaching voice can be challenging. In this program we go deep, looking at life on and off the mat.
